No Direction, Then One Feeling: Let's Build

Logistics business owner, AI From Zero

He runs a logistics business, and he knew AI mattered. What he did not have was a map. Looking back, he put it plainly. "All thanks to you. I had no idea. I mean, I had no direction actually,"

He joined AI From Zero, Arthi's 1:1 program, and the first session went straight to building. Working in Codex with a Gemini API key, he made a logistics chatbot and a CRM-style app, and set up a daily task that gathers AI news for him. By the end, something had clicked. "Okay, thank you so much for your time. Now, I really love it. Maybe, I know, I don't know, I'm having this feeling like let's build."

That feeling did not fade between sessions. It grew.

When he came back, he had done his homework entirely on his own, and then some. He had connected Codex to Blender through MCP and used it to make an animation. He sounded almost surprised at himself.

"I'm really, I'm really, I've done something. Yes. This is the first time in my life I've done the homework. Thank you so much."

He was quick to share the credit. "So, I mean, yeah, all thanks to you. But then you are the one who is showing me the directions, no." In that same session he built a free Q&A app and demoed it live. Before the call ended, he was already asking for more. "Let me extend the course further. Tell me when."

The next session was about thinking bigger. He turned books into clean markdown using OCR, and sketched out a logistics CRM run by several bots working together, modelled on the big CRM platforms. He was honest about how much was still ahead of him. "...there are so many things I can't do... somewhere I'll get stuck. I mean, I need you in that case." And just as clear about where he wanted to go. "Let's continue. Let me become, help me become a pro."

In the last session of his package, the work came home to the business. He automated his social media publishing and connected his CRM to Codex, so the tools he had been learning could finally work with the system his business runs on. They also talked through how to market a logistics business.

Across four sessions, the man who started with no direction built a chatbot, an animation, a live Q&A app, a social media workflow and a CRM connection. More than any single build, he found a way of working that he trusts. He described it the way people talk when something has finally fallen into place, mid-thought and moving fast.

"Once I cracked, then everything is there. I mean, you taught me to do automation and all. It's easy, but then another"

He started without a map. He now has a habit of building, a business that is beginning to run on what he has made, and a clear wish to keep going.
