What impressed me most was Arthi's dedication to making it accessible. As an engineer from a different domain, I could follow everything and apply it to my own projects.

Arthi Rajendran spent over a decade building AI products at AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Zoho: recommendation engines, fraud detection systems, NLP pipelines, and computer vision applications. That pharmaceutical and enterprise background is why her training leans practical and regulated-industry aware. She has made AI work inside real constraints: messy data, compliance requirements, and stakeholders who need the output explained in plain language.
Getting an entire department comfortable using AI tools without a computer science background.
NLP, LLM trends, and practical GenAI applications for healthcare and research teams.
A hands-on session where your team leaves having built a working AI agent.
Building automated solutions with AI for real-world problems in your team's workflow.
Bias, risk, and responsible-AI frameworks for teams shipping AI-powered products.
For HR and L&D teams building internal AI and data talent pipelines.
Helping technical staff build a credible public presence in the AI era.
Every session is tailored. Tell us your team's tools, roles and goals and the outline is built around them.

I am a healthcare professional with no knowledge about AI. I was always scared to explore in AI because it is always portrayed as a huge thing. A one on one session with Arthi is an eye opening for me which is useful and gave hope that even a person with zero knowledge about AI can start.

The workshop was incredibly well-organized. Every module built on the last, and by the end I had a working AI assistant. That's rare for a 4-hour session.

A heartfelt thank you: Ankit's story
Ankit, a self-described AI "power user" who had fallen behind, joined the 5-day intensive with three things to build for work and personal use. Arthi asked for his goals before day one and planned around them, and he left with all three built and live on the web.
I came with three things that I wanted to build. Guess what? I've actually built them.
Even before we started, she'd reached out and said, 'What do you have in mind? What would you like to do?'

Hi, my name is Ankit and I had signed up for this AI 5-day intense workshop not really knowing what I'm signing up for. Well, I have been a tinkerer with AI when it started out and along the way it just got so complex that I was not able to keep pace with my regular work. And at some point in time I realized I needed an external intervention to upskill myself. So Arthi's course turned out to be that intervention that I required. It has really skilled me up when it comes to using code. I was still doing a lot of chat stuff. I would call myself a bit of a power user but not beyond that. I think what really worked for me in the course is the fact that Arthi was very clear going out of the five days I should have necessarily built something. It's so easy to say okay I'll learn and I'll do something about it later. But from the get-go, in fact, even before we started, she'd reached out and said, 'What do you have in mind? What would you like to do?' So, I put out a couple of ideas, both things that I would like to do at work and some stuff on my personal side. And she had a methodical plan in place. When we started out, she said, 'Okay, you had given me these goals and here is how we could tackle it.' And in her mind she was always very clear that walking out I would actually have it ready and working which was amazing because, you know, to start with that bent of mind that you're not here just to learn but you're here to build, and I think that really stuck with me. What I found particularly is the way Arthi had a very good knowledge of the different tools, which is what I kept quizzing her on, like how do I know what you know, right? You can tell me how to do something, but I think she was also always ensuring that she was going a bit into the details, and for someone who enjoys learning about technology and is not apprehensive I think that's great. There were times that she would just pull out a piece of paper and start writing things. I think that helped a lot, and she was willing to go down to the nth level of detail in answering questions, which I found was great. I think the empathy of a trainer is something that goes a long way. So how do I look back at the five days is that I came with three things that I wanted to build. Guess what? I've actually built them. Maybe I can tinker a bit more. I can improve them. But the skeleton is, well, more than the skeleton is in place. I think there's a throbbing heart in place and now I just need to fine-tune some things which will require some more thinking, some tinkering and so on and so forth. But I think the biggest hurdle, which is to be able to build something, that has gone away, and just the wow feeling to see something that you've built live on the web, something that you can share as a link. I think that feeling is fantastic. And I've personally gone past the Rubicon where you just think of, hey, can I build something, to, you know what? I can do it with my own two hands. I have the tools in place and all I need to do is just get going, and just the pure joy of it, right? And I remember days in college when you just sit up all night working on a project and you felt good about it, or even early days at work, and just discovering that joy of coding again. I think that's fantastic. And now, you know, when you see that the entire software is written out, it's structured, and all you had to do is just use the spoken word to do it, the sheer power of it, and to be able to deploy it, the future is here and I feel that I can build my own future from here on. So to Arthi, I can only say a big thank you for unlocking my brain into what I can achieve.
The right trainer depends on your team. Look for someone who has built AI in industry, teaches hands-on rather than from slides, and tailors the session to your sector. Arthi Rajendran spent over a decade building AI products at AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Zoho, has taught 10,000+ people, has spoken at 50+ events including Harvard University and the NLP Summit, and was ranked #13 among India's Top 200 Women Creators in AI Education. Her sessions are built around your team's real work.
Yes. Alongside keynotes and panels, Arthi runs corporate AI training for teams: half-day and full-day formats that combine a plain-English AI briefing with a hands-on build session, so non-technical teams leave having actually used AI tools, not just heard about them.
Both. Arthi is based in India and delivers training in person in Chennai and across the country, and also runs virtual sessions for distributed or international teams.
Sessions are built around the audience: AI for non-technical teams, generative AI in healthcare, building AI agents, AI governance and ethics, data science career pathways, and personal branding for technical staff.
No. Most sessions are designed for non-technical teams. Technical teams can go deeper, for example building an AI agent from scratch.
4 to 6 weeks is ideal for keynotes and corporate training so the content can be tailored to your audience, but shorter timelines are sometimes possible.
Budgets vary by format, audience size, and whether the session is in-person or virtual. Share your budget in the inquiry form (a range or 'negotiable' is fine) and Arthi will confirm fit.
Send an inquiry and Arthi will reply within 48 hours.
