Arthi Rajendran is an AI educator, speaker, and one-on-one AI mentor. She spent over a decade building AI products in industry — at AstraZeneca, then Pfizer, then Zoho — working on recommendation engines, fraud detection systems, NLP pipelines, and computer vision applications, before turning to the problem she cared about most: explaining this work to people who don't have a PhD in machine learning.
That pharmaceutical and enterprise background is why her teaching leans practical and regulated-industry aware. She has been the person who had to make AI work inside real constraints — messy data, compliance requirements, and stakeholders who needed the output explained in plain language.
She founded The Arthi AI Collective as a place where AI gets translated, tested, and applied — not another course platform. Her teaching focuses on people without machine learning backgrounds: healthcare workers, marketers, analysts, operations teams, students, and career switchers who need AI to be useful on Monday morning, not theoretically interesting.
Today she runs 1:1 AI mentorship programs across four tracks, hosts The AI Sisterhood Podcast, publishes a daily AI news brief and a plain-English AI glossary, and speaks at universities and companies worldwide — including a capstone session at Harvard University, where she taught PhD students how to implement LLMs and applied AI techniques. She was ranked #13 among India's Top 200 Women Creators in AI Education.
